The project:
A total renovation of an old corner house and improving energy efficiency by insulating the walls and replacing all windows.
Highlights:
Demolishing the entire interior of the house, underfloor heating in all 3 floors, replacing all windows with HR++ double glazing, insulating the outside walls of the 2 floors above, building 2 new bathrooms, 1 new toilet, new piping, new electricity, new meter cupboard, milling of all pipes, plastering and painting of the house, extension at the front and rear.
